Indian Ordnance Factories Board invites applications from the eligible candidates in prescribed format for the post of filling the following posts.

Last Date of Submission of Application Form- Within 21 days from the publication in employment news.
Educational Qualification Requirements: candidate should have passed matriculation (10th) or equivalent examination.
Age limit: Candidate should be of age between 18 and 32 years as on last date of submitting application form.
Pay Scale: Selected candidates will be recruited on the pay scale of 5200 – 20200/- with grade pay of 1800/- plus other allowances as are admissible to central govt employees.
Application Fees: Eligible candidates are required to pay non refundable fees of rupees 50/- along with rupees 5/- as convenience charges through online mode at the time of submitting application form. However SC/ST/Physically handicapped/ Ex servicemen are exempted from the required to pay any fees.
Mode of Selection: Selection process will be based on written test and trade test. Written test will consist of 100 objective type questions. Trade test will be of just qualifying nature. Candidates not less than 1.25 times of number of vacancies will be shortlisted for the trade test on the basis of written test. Written test will be of two hours consisting 100 multiple choice questions from numerical aptitude, general science and general studies. In Trade test unskilled candidates will be mainly engaged on handling and shifting materials. He or She will also be required to clean machines, floor of shop/ areas around machines or other similar places as necessary.
